Winemaker’s Comments

Deep ruby red color, complex aromas reminescent of black cherries and wild berries, complemented with white stones and floral delicate tones. On the palate the wine, the wine shows structured and linear, with a persistant and elegant acidity that altogether reveals tension and strength, thanks to the origin from limestone soils. Saltiness in the aftertaste is coming from the presence of salt in the soil.
